Application and Documents Collection

Once we have a complete file, we submit it to underwriting for approval.

Here is the fun part! After submission, we order an appraisal to determine the value of the property.

Underwriting
By this time, the file has been underwritten and we have our approval with conditions.

Clear to draw docs
This means the file has been reviewed, the conditions have been met and the loan docs are ready to be released and signed by the borrower.

Signing Loan Docs
You are almost done! Once the docs are reviewed by escrow. It will be prepared to be signed and notarized.

Funding and Closing
And here is the last step. Once loan documents are signed, they will be reviewed by the founder and the money will be sent to escrow for closing.
